Why do some contacts have video and call buttons, but others just have a call button?

Skype contacts have call and video call buttons. Phone contacts only have a call button with #. This means you can only reach them on their regular phone, using your Skype Credit or a subscription. Invite them to Skype and enjoy free calling.

Why am I experiencing dropped calls on Skype Lite?

Most dropped calls are due to network issues, but if you think otherwise do let us know. Just tap on the top left app drawer, then Help and feedback and then Report a problem .
